Yes bd may close or suspend a member's account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to provide national ID or complete age verification.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• For self-exclusion at a member's request.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any legitimate funds remaining in the wallet will be returned prior to closure (excluding bonus funds).
